Refund and Returns Policy

1. Return Window
You have 30 calendar days from the date you received your item to initiate a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it.
- In its original packaging.
- Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.
2. Conditions for Return
All returned items must meet the following conditions:
- Unworn and Unused: Items must show no signs of wear, washing, or damage.
- Original Packaging: Items must be returned in their original packaging, including all tags, labels, and accessories.
- Hygiene: For health and hygiene reasons, certain items may not be returnable if opened or used (e.g., intimates, swimwear, earrings if the sealed packaging is broken). Please check product descriptions for specific restrictions.
- Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or order confirmation number is required.
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Gift cards.
- Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, newspapers, magazines).
- Intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
- Some health and personal care items.
- Clearance or final sale items (unless defective).
4. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact Us: Send an email to [email protected] within 30 calendar days of receiving your item. Please include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
- Return Authorization: Our customer service team will review your request and, if eligible, provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions on how to send your item back. Please do not send your item back without an RMA number.
- Package Your Item: Carefully package the item(s) in their original packaging, including all tags and accessories. Write the RMA number clearly on the outside of the package.
- Ship Your Item: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
5. Refund Process
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your return. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.
Refund Processing Times:
- You will receive the credit within 5-10 business days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
- Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately (within 48 hours of receipt) at [email protected] with photos of the damage. We will assess the issue and provide instructions for a replacement or refund, including return shipping if applicable.
7. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at [email protected]. For other exchange requests, we recommend returning the unwanted item for a refund and placing a new order for the desired item.
